By working with GCS Sales leadership, APAC RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that result in tangible impact for the sales teams and our customers. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Partner with regional leadership teams to identify strategic opportunities and drive advocacy for regional needs with central teams. Serve as a thought leader on growth opportunities across GCS teams. - Involve, align and manage cross-functional stakeholders across teams and markets, in order to successfully shape, launch, and land sales program/tools priorities. - Enable and empower your team to successfully identify and prioritize feedback and solutions that will drive growth for the APAC GCS Sales business. Partner with your AMER and EMEA counterparts to influence the highest priority recommendations globally. - Lead the team to deliver on strategic business goals and operational priorities. - Lead regional deployment of sales program launches/pilots, and ensure landings by building out effective comms and go-to-market activations.
