Record of aligning cloud strategy with business transformation and direct large‑scale Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations involving over 20,000 users worldwide. PROFILE SUMMARY Managed cross‑functional teams to lead global cloud tenant migration projects for Preqin and GIP, overseeing project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, improving user experience for over 20,000 users across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Identity Management: Federation Services, Single Sign‑On, Conditional Access. Automation: PowerShell scripting, monitoring tools. Leadership: Cross‑functional collaboration, mentoring, stakeholder communication. Manages and supports the Power platform. Solution Architect for the migration of SharePoint 2016 On‑premises to SharePoint Online. Communicates with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management through email, conference calls, reports, and minutes to track project progress and challenges. Authored technical documentation, user guides, and change control protocols. Spearheads team efforts in designing consulting offerings encompassing horizontal strategic services and other related factors. Enhances business performance by evaluating requirements and effectively resolving client issues by implementing the best solution.
