**The opportunity**

Enterprise Technology Services enables the Company's business strategies through the delivery of world-class technology and infrastructure services, including data centers, telecommunication networks, PaaS, service management and end user services.

This role, Head of Infrastructure is to manage the day-to-day IT infrastructure operation, accountable for incident and change management, lead country infrastructure projects and ensure infrastructure services are aligned with business, technology and infrastructure roadmaps.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead IT infrastructure teams in/from Singapore
- Establish appropriate governance, IT infrastructure portfolio and ensuring IT services are delivered through agreed service level agreement/objective
- Accountable for incident, change and risk management for IT infrastructure services
- Accountable for having knowledge of upcoming infrastructure initiative in term of background, scope, cost, timeline and operation impact.
- Ensure projects/programs are delivered to scope, budget and schedule as agreed
- Follow up and remediate any discrepancy during reconciliation of invoices related to infrastructure services
- Liaise and ensure effective communication across the organizations and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain good relationships with regional ETS team, country partners and infrastructure third party
- Represent country / regional ETS, understand and drive priorities

**What we are looking for**

Experience and Qualifications
- University graduate with minimum 10 years solid experience in leading IT infrastructure teams
- Holder of Professional Certificate ITIL, PMP and/or Prince2 would be an advantage
- Solid experience in vendor management, project management and IT organization transformation
- Application/Financial/Insurance knowledge is an advantage

- Superior influencing, stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and writing English
- Occasional travelling is required
- Able to operate independently
