Personal Assistant to Chairman

Reporting to the Chairman and the Executive Assistant, the incumbent will support on personal administrative matters, Chairman’s academic research works, also participate in important projects where involvement of the executive's office is necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries and arrangements for the Chairman.
- Manage calendars, organize meetings and appointments, including setting up of meeting requirements in local or overseas level.
- Join meetings with the Chairman, prepare agendas and draft minutes, and follow up with relevant stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate Chairman’s personal and family matters, including household needs, maintenance and upkeep of Chairman’s residence, support in renovation or financial payment arrangements.
- Perform research and analysis to support Chairman’s academic journals preparation
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for Chairman.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Chairman or his family from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a bachelor’s degree holder with at least 2 years relevant experience in assisting senior management. Exposure in travel, OTA, e-commerce or internet tech is desirable.
- Clearly and effectively express ideas and messages via speech and writing. Ability to handle matrix issues effectively both internally and externally
- Strong English communication skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus to liaise closely with other stakeholders / high profile clients in China.
- Good sense with data analysis, logical thinking and good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyse, study or examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions.
- Maturity in handling confidential data and sensitivity topics on day-to-day basis.
- Highly organized and meticulous to details, ability to manage priorities and demonstrate patience in handling tedious tasks
- Possess strong sense of responsibility and highly committed to the assigned duties
- Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity/uncertainty in a high-velocity environment.
- Independent, diligent and willing to work beyond normal office hours, where required.
- Open to travel as and when required
- Open to relocate to Shanghai, HQ for short-term posting or future permanent posting.
