**What the role is**
- You supervise the management of fitness and recreation services, maintain the availability of fitness and recreation facilities to meet the needs of base residents, perform contract execution for contracted fitness specialist and lifeguards and keep abreast of latest requirements for the conduct of IPPT, swimming and other physical training activities.

**What you will be working on**
- Your challenges lie in monitor fitness training and tracking the condition of ageing sports equipment and facilities across two gymnasiums and ensure adequate and appealing programmes are provided for the population.

**What we are looking for**
- You should have a diploma, preferably in Sports Science and Management, Sport and Exercise Sciences or Fitness Management. Having related experience in related industry and managing lifeguards and fitness specialist is advantageous. You should be meticulous to ensure correct work scope, costing and accounting when utilising the contract and evaluating Fitness Specialist' performance. You should also be able to work independently with good interpersonal skills as you communicate with the Fitness Specialists in conduct of fitness training programmes and proficiency test (e.g. IPPT and swimming proficiency tests).
