**About the role**
The Executive - Retail Admin (NIKE) is responsible for supporting the wholesale sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of wholesale activities, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role involves coordination with various departments, handling order processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting to the Director - Operations, you will be responsible for:_
- Provide professional administration support and ensure effective communication and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Create and maintain computer
- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
- Handle and process office and frontline work requests, claims and payments.
- Arrange and coordinate various meeting and events, take minutes and follow up actions.
- To generate weekly/ monthly reports for management analysis.
- Arrange business travels and logistics.
- Follow company and department policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
- Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
**About the requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
