**Business Analyst**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our multicultural growing team.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and business support to our clients in the development and implementation of their websites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AE
- Work closely with the technical and business teams to develop detailed functional requirements
- Develop Traceability matrix
- Develop test plans for solutions and ensure that the requirements are met
- Write user stories
- Run scrum meetings
- Review existing website implementations and recommend improvements to increase reusability and performance
- Train and mentor junior staff on tools and best practices
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Perform quality assurance review for all projects, including user acceptance testing of templates and components, ensuring adherence to global design standards, regression testing
- Experiences with enterprise CMS and DXP solutions such as Adobe, Sitecore, Magnolia, and ContentStack would be an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as an business analyst or related field
- Detailed understanding of digital transformation projects and CMS and its components
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Agile Product Owner certification, or Adobe product certification preferred
- Willingness to travel upto 25 % time
- Willingness to learn and become proficient in DXP products and go for certifications
