We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst from Finance Background, proficient with advanced Excel to join us.

Senior Business Analyst will analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems such as robotics.

Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner.

Analyse and provide recommendations for design of automation and subsequent dashboards involving working with end-users and programmers to develop.

May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Preparation of documentation such as solution design, training and support to end-users at roll-out and on-going adoption.

Support testing for on-going changes when ERP system releases, impact robotics performance.

Determine requirements
- The Senior Business Analyst **must be proficient and able to use advanced Excel in analytics and analysis**
- **Have a Finance Background**
- Preferably well-versed in Source to Pay / Procure to Pay processes
- Applies best practice methodologies to define, to scope, document and validate the requirements of internal and external clients to address business, process and system problems, improvements or change in the organization.

Manage projects

The Senior Business Analyst works independently on complex projects spanning multiple business domains within the Finance environment.

Technical specialism
Senior Business Analysts are required to have a broad understanding of business practices and processes.

Behavioural skills
The Senior Business Analyst acts as a corporate citizen by displaying integrity and acts consistently with others, in accordance with clear ethics and values. They pay attention to detail and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

They have good interpersonal skills resulting in the ability to work and collaborate well with others. They encourage development and therefore mentor and develop individuals in their teams. They are assertive in their approach and able to negotiate, persuade and influence others.

The Senior Business Analysts are required to have deep expertise in specific systems and technologies to assist with systems analysis.
