The role of marketing promotions plays a critical role in the Strategic Marketing team to drive promotional campaigns to support business growth. The incumbent will have the opportunity to inject new ideas for promotion strategies and tactics to drive breakthrough in the executions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the planning of the promotions calendar and launch of consumer promotions to drive business goals.
- Work closely with business team to develop sound business cases through compelling data insights, to support consumer promotion strategy.
- Monitor the campaign performance using various metrics and prepare interim and post campaign analysis, for providing recommendations on promotion mechanics and flighting.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure system readiness for promotions through requirement gatherings, set-ups, and user testing.
- Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work with external creative and/or internal designer to conceptualise and develop breakthrough creative and support the end-to-end campaign execution.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects independently and competently with a keen eye for details.
- Track and update budgets, timelines, and stakeholder approvals.
- Monitor competitors promotions on an on-going basis to ensure competitive offerings.
- Handling of administrative matters relating to campaigns such as gifts and vouchers management, appeals management, procurement and budget tracking.

**Experience**
- 3 to 5 years of marketing experience will be preferred.
- Proven track record of solid project management skills, delivering projects within deadlines and budgets
- Good business acumen
- Strong copywriting, excellent communication skills and critical thinking
- Ability to analyse sales data and consumer trends to understand the behaviour of customers, translating them into actionable inputs for marketing promotions.

**Competencies**
You should have experience in marketing campaigns, excellent communication skills and experience in working with agencies to support the execution of campaigns to drive sales conversions. You must be digitally savvy, forward thinking and adaptable in delivering dynamic creative and messagings that breaks through the cluttered digital space to speak to today's customers.

**Education / Training / Skills**
- Degree in marketing/business or any related discipline
- Google Analytics (but not a must)
- Microsoft office
