Customer care and services (60%)
- Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Income's Marketing team. Assists on Income Case Management (ICM) platform for cases of these nature (complaints, promotion questions, reissuing of gift letters, handling appeals queries). An estimate of 10 ICMs per day and 25-30 ICMs per day on peak promotion period which happens at least 4 times per year.
- Complete responses to ICM promptly within the stipulated timeline.

Letter tabulation and administrative (40%)
- Raise appeals and reissue administrative work daily.
- Completion of tabulation for both Life and GI promotions with increased volume of letters with increase in consumer promotions. It is crucial that we complete the tabulation timely to fulfil the audit requirements and prevent any financial impact on the business in the event of double collection.

Administrative Coverage
- Cover of administrative task when admin staff is away; vice versa. This is essential as the work is administrative and segregation of roles and duties are required to generate redemption letters that the executives cannot cover due to conflicting roles. This also includes replying to customers' queries within stated SLA which needs to be covered by the new administrative executive if the other administrative staff is out of the office for a longer period of time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma, with 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Training will be provided.
