**What You Will Deliver**
- Supervise and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, routing, and dispatching to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of drivers and logistics staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to plan transportation routes and manage load distribution effectively.
- Manage transportation documentation, including delivery notes, driver logs, and compliance reports.
- Handle incident reports, accidents, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to support business needs.
- Track KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rates, maintenance costs) and prepare regular fleet performance reports.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies within fleet operations.

**Who You Are**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in the logistics industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry will be a plus.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick operational decisions.
- Having a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus.
