**Roles & Responsibilities**

Awesome Pets Express is a homegrown SME that is thriving in the pet supplies and logistics industry.

Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, you will plan, manage, and track routes assigned to fleet team, partners, and vendors. The tasks will comprise courier packages and vehicle movement, as well as package management responsibilities. Your primary mission will be to keep the fleet operations under control. You will also be responsible for the training of local and foreign nationals to deliver the required business targets.

**Day to Day Activities**
- Plan, document, and communicate daily routes for the Fleet Team
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed
- Route planning and assignment
- Prepare route reports to ensure that assigned tasks are completed within a given time frame in accordance with the agreed service level agreement (SLA)
- Ensure all data captured in various tracking systems are up to date and accurate and where required, rectify data that does not tally
- Manage and coach a team of locals and foreign nationals to achieve the required business targets
- Support the wider Fleet Team in administrative and adhoc duties
- Perform other duties or tasks as required by the team

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Minimum three (3) years of experience leading a ground operations team in the logistic, automotive, construction, or government sector
- Conversant in multiple languages including English, Chinese, Malay and Burmese. Fluency in Burmese language is a must
- Driven and energetic team player, meticulous, responsible, and punctual
- Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license and be comfortable driving various types of vehicles (e.g. Sedan, MPV, SUV, Van etc.)
- Familiar with Singapore roads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts per day. Work day starts as early as 4am daily.
- Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays
