**EUC Support Engineer**

Our Federal Government Client seeks an
** EUC Support Engineer **to
** **support & deliver EUC technology.

You will provide technical guidance to the Service Desk & End user computing team; assist in the delivery of responsive, reliable, & respectful ICT support / service.

You will be responsible for mentoring & providing guidance to a geographically dispersed team of EUC Engineers & Service Desk Analysts

**Required Skills**:

- Respond to user requests for service; troubleshoot incidents/problems, develop solutions; make minor repairs to equipment & arrange for other service needs.
- Manage/resolving the day-to-day incidents and service requests utilizing the ITSM tool
- Excellent customer skills & ability to work with Service Delivery & L3 Senior Engineers to solve the incident/request & interpret complex solutions & fixes.
- Contribute to Knowledge Base content in line with writing styles and content guidelines
- Ability to identify problems and proactively suggest ways to improve processes as applicable

**Other Details**:

- You must be an** Australian Citizen** & be willing to undergo security clearance for Baseline level.
- The role is based in Canberra with hybrid (80/20)
- Hourly rate for this role is $50.35 inc super.
