**Job Description**:
The Role:
As a Corporate Development Manager in MyRepublic's Corp Development and Strategy team, you will work on corporate development and strategy projects across MyRepublic’s businesses in Asia. You will work directly and constantly alongside MyRepublic’s senior executive leadership and BU heads to contribute to developing business strategy for MyRepublic. You will be a key part of devising the communication materials and financial models for MyRepublic shareholders and prospective investors of MyRepublic. You will also be a key member of the deal team in executing corporate transactions.

**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**:

- Synthesize MyRepublic Group’s strategy through frequent interactions with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and prepare high quality internal presentations (Presentations to ELT, Business review materials for board, shareholders etc.) and corporate transaction materials for external stakeholders/ potential investors (information memorandums, business performance update materials etc.)
- Support the execution of corporate projects including M&A and fund-raising activities. This would include but is not limited to preparation of required presentations to senior leadership of MyRepublic, market research, financial modeling and due-diligence support. Support the coordination of project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain performance dashboards which will be used by senior leadership and individual business unit heads across the company.
- Build and maintain financial models and benchmarking analyses.
- Coordinate with all BUs at MyRepublic and prepare presentations for board meetings, shareholder meetings on the company's results and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis as needed, for decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Provide support in all other ad hoc activities executed by the CDS team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of prior experience in a corporate development function of a multinational corporation or bulge bracket consultancy firm. Knowledge of Telco/Tech Sector preferred
- Ability to think strategically and translate management vision into high quality presentations for internal and external consumption
- Excellent communication skills and financial modeling capabilities
- Results driven and ability to take ownership of projects to execute with minimum supervision
- Ability to work with multiple teams across functions and businesses on developing business strategy
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and come up with high quality output within stipulated deadlines.
