**Job Scope**:
As the Head of Data Analytics, you will lead the data strategy to power scalable, data-driven growth in a fast-paced blockchain, Web3, or AI startup environment. You will work at the intersection of marketing, product, and growth to uncover insights, optimize acquisition strategies, and enhance customer engagement through advanced analytics and experimentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with marketing and growth teams to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention using data insights and performance metrics.
- Design and manage robust customer segmentation strategies to support hyper-personalized marketing efforts and lifecycle targeting.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot) to monitor KPIs and marketing funnel health.
- Lead A/B testing, cohort analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve campaign and product performance.
- Stay ahead of crypto, Web3, and blockchain industry trends in Asia and globally; synthesize external data into actionable strategic insights.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to guide data-informed design decisions and support product-led growth initiatives.
- Provide strategic input into marketing budget planning through predictive modeling and channel performance analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a growth analytics, performance marketing, or data-driven growth role within a blockchain, Web3, or AI startup environment.
- Proven track record in scaling marketing efforts using data-backed strategies and tools.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape, particularly in Asia.
- Proficient in data analytics, experimentation design (A/B testing), cohort analysis, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, CRM platforms, Jira).
- Deep knowledge of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and Web3 user behavior.
- Creative thinker with the ability to challenge assumptions, experiment rapidly, and propose novel solutions to drive user growth.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
