In this hybrid role, you’ll be the face of Bedtribe, providing excellent customer service and driving sales, while also managing order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities**

**Sales and Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store and online, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Bedtribe’s product offerings to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.

**Order Fulfillment and Operations**:

- Process online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they meet Bedtribe’s quality standards.
- Manage inventory by updating stock levels and coordinating with the team for restocking needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both the store and fulfillment areas.

**Additional Duties**:

- Assist with merchandising and display setups to maintain an inviting store environment.
- Support marketing initiatives, such as promotions or events, when required.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and operational processes to improve services and drive growth.

**Full Timer Role**:

- to adhere and maintain a consistent outlook of Bedtribe's image and showroom/ stockroom cleanliness
- to be a role model for all staffs for front end retail and be a benchmark of great consistent customer service on both backend and front end
- to be responsible for monthly retail rosters and training of part timers

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Familiarity with basic inventory or order management systems is an advantage.
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as packing and lifting light-to-moderate packages.
