We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Singapore.

The primary function is to support the operations manager to proactively onboard freelance personnel, arrange and update competency and statutory training and facilitating mobilisation of personnel to site.

**Main responsibilities**
- Prepare expiry reports and general training / competence reports
- Coordinating all staff training bookings,
- Coordinating travel and accommodation along with corporate discounts deals
- Update internal operations tracking database with latest information on operations and personnel competence/ certification.
- Proactively arrange reassessments and training for personnel prior to expiry
- Coordinate with other departments to arrange internal competency checks and HSEQ inductions
- Book travel options for operational personnel and trainers. Monitor no-shows and cancellations and report to Supervisor.
- Arrange accommodation for operational personnel and trainers.
- Assist with collection of weekly timesheets.
- Prepare joining instructions to resident offshore workforce advising crew change details.
- Collate personnel information for new ad hoc starters.
- Compile shipyard paperwork.
- Arranging visa paperwork and vaccinations, and other associated documentation.
- Participate in Emergency Response Team for exercises and in real situations.
- Monitor levels of PPE and place orders when required.
- Actively participate in HSEQ discussions, highlight any safety concerns from site and office personnel

**Qualifications and experience**
- Past experience in a fast moving, demanding operational environment is preferred
- Interpersonal skills - ability to work with colleagues
- Good attention to detail and highly organised
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate/ advanced IT skills in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
