**What you will do**:

- Be a part of BeFound's mission in skincare education that focuses on ingredient suitability and knowledge
- Walk our clients on their skincare journey programs and advise products with ingredients suitable for their skin
- Market knowledge on trends, products and services in the skincare & beauty industry
- Build knowledge and data of skincare ingredients
- Plan out each client's skincare and makeup journey
- Build good client relationships and long term engagement with our clients
- Assist clients in understand their skin better with skincare ingredients through 1-1 consultations
- Create skincare database in BeFound's skincare library Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to sales

**Requirement**:

- Background in pharmaceutical or cosmetic science is highly preferred
- Passionate about skincare and is inquisitive about skincare ingredients
- Experience in a customer relations role is a bonus
- Experience in the skincare & beauty industry is a bonus
- A problem solver, quick witted and a team player
- Available to work on Saturdays (5.5 days work week)
