Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a premium shopping experience. Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and offer personalized recommendations. Assist in product demonstrations and promotions. Requirements Passion for skincare and beauty products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and connect with customers. Sales-driven with a positive attitude. Prior experience in skincare or beauty retail is a plus, but not necessary as training will be provided.
