Singapore MILESTONE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to be part of Milestone Systems in Asia Pacific. Reporting directly to the Director of Operation, Asia Pacific, the Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing sales, operations, financial and market data. The primary focus will be on generating insights for management reporting and identifying areas for improvements across various business functions, such as but not limited to, Sales, Sales Support, Technical Support, Presales and Finance.

The Senior Analyst will develop fit-for-purpose tools (e.g., dashboards) to support a data-driven decision-making culture. Insights developed should support sales, pricing and growth strategies, and generate ideas to digitalize or automate processes that increase efficiency and productivity.

The Senior Analyst will work closely with Asia Pacific leadership, sales and finance teams to provide insights to drive sales performance. Keen attention to detail will be instrumental in order to enable strong sales forecasting and to ensure our sales team's performance aligns with our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and analyse internal and external data to identify trends and patterns; develop new business data sets as needed.
- Identify and recommend improvements in areas such as pricing, account and/or vertical prioritization (e.g., healthcare, airports), forecasting, target and commission setting, and individual sales performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards that visualize key business metrics and trends, providing stakeholders with real-time insights.
- Deliver clear and well-structured presentations to communicate insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Digitize or automate processes to increase efficiency and data reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, with evidence of using data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical methods and tools.
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards.
- Experience with using tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience delivering presentations and communicating complex data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
