Marketing Administrator

**Job Descriptions**:
A Marketing Administrator should be responsible for promoting the company and its products and services and increasing customer awareness through the creation of ad campaigns, designing logos and creating memorable slogans.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content
2. Maintain company website and manage customer enquiries.
3. Responsible for marketing and the company presence on other social media, such as creating the Facebook page, ensuring search engine optimisation for 3E products and website, blogging etc.
4. Write and distribute press releases and produce media kits where required.
5. Act as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services.
6. Provide assistance in terms of logistics to events like distributor meetings, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows.
7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications activities.
8. Track competitor activities and changes

**Requirements Ÿ**:
- Diploma, equivalent or higher, with a major in a related marketing engineering or science Ÿ
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ÿ
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must Ÿ
- Strong market research practices and techniques Ÿ
- A team player with positive working attitude, responsible and able to work independently Ÿ
- Experience in graphic designing Ÿ
- Salary (commensurate with experience): S$2200 - S$ 3200
