The Work:
Copywriters work closely with their creative team and client servicing team member to get the

brand’s message across to the public in ways which are relevant, authentic and engaging. They

conceptualise ideas from beginning to execution including production and submission of

deliverables and materials.

The job of a Copywriter is to quickly grasp the creative brief, and make use of the resources of

their agency and their team, to create and bring to the life the most effective campaign with the

guidance of their Creative Director and the collaboration of their Art Director and other team

members.

Includes:

- Collaborate with the different teams at USN to conceptualise and develop ideas and execute

communication material, ranging from taglines, ad copy, to scriptwriting, to digital and social

content.
- Be hands-on and support a lean team in day to day accounts as well as pitches.
- Construct well-structured and convincing presentations both internally and externally

whenever required.
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language,

flow, and grammar
- An ability to demonstrate brand voice
- Participate in client presentations, agency brainstorming sessions and initiate creative

collaboration
- Participate in agency culture initiatives
