Customer Service and Admin Executive

Singapore CHALLENGER TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED Full time

We are looking for a Customer Service and Admin Executive (Part time) to join our subsidiary, ITEZ.sg.

Hourly Pay: $10 - $12 per hour (depending on experience)

Working hours: 10 AM - 5 PM (6-7 hours a day, can be further arranged)

To commit 4-5 days a week

Key Roles & Responsibility:

- Attending to customer feedback and enquiries promptly and following up in a polite and professional manner.
- Arrange with the logistic side to ensure timely delivery to all customers.
- Handle after-sales customer service including follow up of late payment.
- Update customer database and liaise with the marketing team.
- Assist finance in updating payment record and payment reconciliation.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min 1 year of experience in customer service & administrative work.
- Familiar with Freshdesk & Social media platforms such as (FB, IG, Telegram, Tiktok etc) is an advantage.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
- High quality of communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and always going the extra mile.
