Admin and Customer Service Assistant, Career

You will be delivering customer service and administrative support to the team. Your duties include:
**Responsibilities**
- Perform counter admin and operation duties by attending to all enquiries, concerns and feedback at the career centre.
- Execute centre opening and closing, as well as coordinate emergencies and incident reporting.
- Attend to jobseeker enquiries and facilitate appointment bookings including - verifying and creating new or follow-up appointments, managing their profiles in the system and making outbound calls to confirm appointments.
- Perform jobseeker profile management in system and ensure jobseekers’ information is updated accurately.
- Assist jobseeker in filling up relevant forms and customer satisfaction survey
- Perform data entry and data cleaning functions, ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing the task within stipulated time.
- Assist with assignment of jobseeker referrals.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointment slots for jobseekers, follow up on enquiries, programme outcome etc.
- Support for any reports, statistics generation and other admin work or duties assigned by Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- O Levels and above qualification
- Able to converse well in English & another 2nd language.
- Customer service experience as role requires dealing with challenging situations.
- Meticulous, independent and a team-player
- Digitally savvy as required to handle various systems.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Willingness to be externally deployed to cover duties at various locations.
