Admin & Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Admin & Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries from customers and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**:Assess incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate sales team member, ensuring a seamless handover for further follow-up and conversion.
- **Order Processing**:Generate invoices and delivery orders (DO) for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transactions.
- **Monthly Stock Take**:Conduct monthly stock take to reconcile inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
- **Sales and Expenditure Tracking**:Maintain records of sales transactions and expenses, tracking revenue and expenditure to provide regular reports to management.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**:Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and general office support.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
