**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, manage, and lead Rope Access and Facade Maintenance teams.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities while minimizing disruption to building occupants.
- Ensure compliance with Rope Access, company policies, and industry safety standards.
- Conduct daily Toolbox meetings to communicate plans and address safety concerns.
- Perform and document risk assessments and method statements for rope access activities.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols across all rope access and façade operations.
- Inspect and ensure proper condition of PPE, platforms, and rope access equipment.
- Lead post-job evaluations to assess safety and team performance.
- Perform hands-on rope access tasks when required.
- Evaluate work instructions and identify potential risks for mitigation.
- Conduct regular façade inspections to assess conditions and plan maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on safety procedures and rope access techniques.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Assist with project planning, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, equipment usage, and work progress.
- Prepare and submit reports (inspection, service, safety) within specified timelines.
- Manage inventory and procurement of equipment and materials.
- Liaise with clients, provide project updates, and address concerns professionally.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Support the development and improvement of rope access and maintenance procedures.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior.

**Requirement**
- Possess with **IRATA ROPE ACCESS LEVEL 3**License
- Minimium 2 - 3 years related experience
- Good interpersonal and leadership skill
