Our partner client is a producer of kitchen backsplash and interior wall panels.

They supply these panels through various distribution channels into retail and trade across Europe, Australia,

NZ, Asia and the UK.

They are currently hiring for the position of Senior Marketing Communications Leader.

You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and you will be responsible for effective Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing practice.

This role will also include the management of clients marketing needs and daily administrative duties.

Your role will involve working closely with the Managing Director, whilst managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the business, and driving a long-term marketing strategy for the company.

**Job Description**:

- Plan and execute business, customer and executive communications to support the organisation’s business goals.

Manage and oversee the marketing budget, making key decisions to achieve the results and KPIs. Managing workflows and campaigns ensuring effective and efficient translation of marketing strategies are activated with the global customer base.
- Prepare for weekly and monthly brand and sales performance meetings driving reactive marketing projects in response to business performance. Analyze data to identify insights and translate them into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results.
- Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships - approach and manage meaningful relationships while upholding brand positioning.
- Management of PR campaigns and activities including content marketing for newsletters and working alongside blog writers, social media influencers, and the PR team to deliver up-to-date content.
- Analyse quarterly sales data from retailers and distributors and prepare presentations to determine best-selling product lines and how to align marketing strategy and campaign.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively regarding the long-term development of the organisation's marketing and communications work.
- Coordinating with Factory staff for samples, sample boxes, color charts as and when required and ensuring these are prepared on time and dispatched to customers.
- Management of all social media channels and websites

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication
- Working with B2B2C Marketing approaches
- Proficient in SEO, Google AdWords, FacebookAds Manager Mailchimp
- Wordpress and Salesforce proficient
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box
- Dedicated to deadlines and a responsible team player

Additional Skill Sets (Will be considered as Bonus)
- Adobe Suite (illustrator)
- European and SEA Foreign Languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch preferred)
