**JOB SUMMARY**:
To assist Logistics and Customer Service Supervisor for Thailand Region

Responsible for order processing, shipment arrangements and ensure on time delivery. Able to communicate well with internal stake holders, distribution team in Netherlands, USA, and business partners

Will be the point of contact for clearing agent for customs clearance procedures.

Responsible for customer service which includes resolving complaints, improving communications with distributors and business managers

Works closely with internal stake holders which includes support functions and business managers.

Assisting region supervisor for key projects

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Understanding the business model across Thailand region

Daily customer / distributors order fulfilment / replenishment of instruments pool in the warehouse

Work closely with distribution centers and planners on shipment arrangements and distributors on delivery of shipments

Pricing maintenance in SAP

Keeping track of revenues and pending numbers on a weekly basis.

Participate and strategic plan processes for process improvement

Maintain regular contact with supervisor and be a good team player

Doing up standard of procedures (SOP) and work instructions for Thailand region

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

**Customer Service (CS) function**:
Support and backup CS related function within SEA region.

Be well versed with SAP system to deal with daily job requirements

**Logistics function**:
Managing warehouse inventories

Quarterly physical stock count and monthly reconciliation in system; working closely with 3PL and Finance to identify discrepancies and follow up action.

Accessing service provider based on KPI

Conducting reviews with 3PL and internal stake holders to smoothen the operational challenges

Working closely with clearing agent to handle customs clearance.

Reviewing of freight invoices for intercompany and external service providers.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION**: Diploma or above

**EXPERIENCE**: At least 3 years working experience in related field

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with internal and external stake holders

Good initiative with positive working attitudeAble to work under pressure

Strong analytical skills, detail oriented

Strong knowledge of Excel.

Fluent in English.

Pleasant personality and good team player.

SAP knowledge is a must

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
Travel within region is required if necessary

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**:
Singapore. Normal office conditions
