Manager, Volunteer Management

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement and review volunteer management policies, standard operating procedures, controls and escalation processes for challenges, to ensure smooth workflows are maintained and to promote a positive volunteer experience.
- Lead team to manage operations efficiently to maintain consistency, accountability and sustainability within the systemic structure.
- Plan and manage budget projections for marketing and procurement related to volunteer management initiatives.
- Develop strategies and work with internal and external stakeholders for volunteer recruitment to expand the volunteer pool, to achieve the set recruitment targets.
- Plan, organise and execute volunteer engagement and appreciation/recognition initiatives or programmes (e.g. awards, volunteer experience survey) to foster and increase volunteer engagement, retention and commitment.
- Partner with related division to strategise volunteer-related branding, marketing and communication efforts to enhance awareness and drive volunteer recruitment.
- Obtain, analyse and report volunteer metrics (from recruitment, retention to attrition) on a regular basis, and study the volunteer impact and contributions to senior engagement.
- Ensure that data compliance, integrity and compliance with policies and organisational standards are met, related to volunteer management and partnership operations.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the social and/or community care sectors.
- Ability to recruit, engage and manage volunteers.
- Proficiency in data collection, management, analysis, reporting, and compliance/governance.
- Preferably with some experience in budgeting and finance compliance/governance.
- Strong communication, writing, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals.
- Meticulous, resourceful and creative.
