**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
- Assist Chef in daily food preparation process such as washing and cutting all the necessary ingredients.
协助厨师完成日常食品准备工作,例如清洗和切所有所需食材。
- Be familiar with the portion sizes, combinations, seasoning of all the dishes in the menu and eliminate wasting of all food ingredients.
熟悉菜单上的所有菜肴的份量，搭配，调料，并杜绝所有食材的浪费。
- Responsible for checking the quality of all kinds of vegetables and food raw materials.
负责验收各种蔬菜及食品原料的质量。
- Ensure kitchen food stock keep fresh and follow FEFO (first expired first out) standard.
确保厨房食材库存保持新鲜，并遵循FEFO(先过期先出)的标准。
- Monitor kitchen food stock and inform chef/chief chef when the food stock is low.
监控厨房食材库存，当食材库存不足时通知厨师或厨师长
- Cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards.
根据公司和行业的卫生规范和健康安全标准对食品准备区域进行清洁和消毒。
- Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
清洗、消毒和妥善储存烹饪和厨房用具和设备。
- Attend any other tasks as assigned by chef and Chief Chef.
完成厨师和厨师长分配的其他任务。
**JOB REQUIREMENTS 工作要求:
- Min 1 year of working experience or relevant experience in the F&B service industry is an advantage but not necessary as on-job training will be provided;

- Has a passion to work in F&B fields;
