**DSRB Lead Analyst**
All research conducted in NHG premises or involving NHG staff is under the ethical oversight of the NHG Domain Specific Review Board (DSRB). You can be part of this highly motivated team to ensure that rights, safety and welfare of participants are protected by creating a culture of research that operates on high ethical standards.
- As a Lead Analyst, you will assist the DSRB Manager to manage the operations of the DSRB to ensure that they meet their primary responsibilities of protecting the rights and welfare of human research participants. The responsibilities of the Lead Analyst includes monitoring the work of the junior Analysts, allocation of resources to support the functions of each Domain, training and mentoring of new Analysts and assisting the DSRB Manager in implementing DSRB specific policies.
- You may also be required to perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Director of the NHG Office of Human Research Protection Programme (NHG OHRPP).
- Degree, preferably in Science / Life Sciences / Public Health / Health Sciences / Pharmacy / Medicine / Nursing or similar from an accredited university
- Good knowledge of GCP guidelines and applicable regulations and guidelines of clinical research, or ethical principles relating to human biomedical research
- Possess good organisation, project management and preferably with data analytical and good writing skills
- Possess good inter-personal and influencing skills in working with different groups of stakeholders
- Team player who demonstrates excellent team spirit and skills in supporting teams and managers
- Ability to influence and motivate people
- Ability to handle and manage stressful situations and work independently under pressure
