The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to various departments within the organization. This includes analyzing financial data, interpreting trends and patterns, and making recommendations to drive business performance and profitability. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices. The Finance Business Partner will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Month/year-end close activities such as accruals are being performed timely.
- Detail monitoring and analysis of operating revenue, expenses and capital expenditure utilisation against budget and funding source
- Prepare financial performance, full year forecasts and provide commentaries on the variances.
- Partner project team on monthly forecasts and budget submission including review the submission.
- Ensure compliance of company policies, accounting standards
- Ongoing engagement with business unit to stay updated on business developments.
- Assist in implementation of Tableau Dashboard including data collation and wrangling of data on excel prior to upload of data to Tableau server.
- Verifying data that is transpose from current excel to Tableau and ensuring accuracy of dashboards.
- Improvement to Tableau Dashboard including minor bug fixes as well as impact analysis of new requirements and features.
- Working with Finance Business Partners on day to day operations including financial analysis which will be use in data analysis in Tableau Dashboard (Cost Centre Variance Analysis)
- Project Management and undertake ad hoc projects and analysis work or any other duties assigned when required.
- Working with and coordinating with various stakeholders on implementation of projects
- Prepare PPT and provide project update management on a weekly basis.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or a relevant professional accounting qualification with at least 8 years of experience.
- Prior experience in Finance Business Partner and Technology company is preferred.
- Proficient in Workday, Dashboarding tools and Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau.
- Programming knowledge will be an advantage.
- Contract 11 months 30 days
- Location: Buona Vista
- 5 days' work week
- Salary up to $8,500
