**About the job
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with performance marketing campaign execution and strategy to join our Digital Marketing team for EdgeProp and The Edge Singapore as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

You will have the opportunity to build, manage and support key performance campaigns for both our clients and in-house initiatives that are designed to drive key company KPIs. This is not limited to new user acquisition, driving paid subscriptions and lead generation for new property launches and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive performance marketing activities, including media buying and optimization of paid digital channels.
- Optimise and scale all digital channels, both paid and organic.
- Focus on the ROI of digital marketing activities and have the creative ability to constantly improve performance.
- Create, manage and analyse performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on performance marketing effectiveness and user activity, and act upon this intelligence.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, opportunities and learnings in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and proficiency as well as at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with the management, execution and optimization of campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Outbrain, Taboola, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google ads.
- Experience in handling and analysing data using Google Sheet / Microsoft Excel and Analytics.
- Proactive with can-do attitude, disciplined, organised, and highly-motivated self-starter.
- Generally full of great ideas and able to get stuff done without close supervision.
- Detail-oriented, metric and results driven, with very strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, web and data analytics tools.
