**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Data Management**: Serve as the central contact for managing and updating customer data to ensure accurate and effective communication.
- **Referral Program Lead**: Oversee and further develop existing referral schemes to improve customer engagement rates.
- **Customer Experience & Renewals**: Follow up with customers on their product experience, ensuring satisfaction and assisting with renewal processes.
- **Event & Show Invitations**: Coordinate and invite customers to participate in industry events, trade shows, and company-hosted showcases.
- **Customer Outreach & Engagement**: Call and engage with pre-filtered customer data to invite them for vehicle viewings and test drives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the **Sales Support Team** and **Marketing Manager** to align customer engagement strategies with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Prior experience in the **automotive industry** or a **data management** role.
- Possession of a **Class 3 Driving License**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
