Administration Manager

- Regular office supplies
- Filing of all documents, contracts, and maintenance of all records
- Import and export documentation
- Co-ordinating with Company Secy for any filings, Bank, and all third-party vendors
- Invoicing/Statements
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices including preparation of account statements of suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors, and reconciliation of monthly statements.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Payment processing
- Book-keeping on Xero accounting software
- Preparing management accounts every month
- Logistics & delivery management
- Inventory & Stocktaking from time to time,
**求める人材**:
- you have atleast 1+ years of work experience as an Office Manager/Accounting/Administration or similar role
- You have basic experience with accounting software
- You have strong knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- You have solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- You have good organizational and time-management abilities.
