**Live Commerce Intern (Full-time internship)**

We are looking for a motivated and creative Live Commerce Intern to join our team. This role involves supporting our live events by assisting in content planning, hosting support, customer engagement, and performance tracking. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing area at the intersection of e-commerce and digital media.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support the end-to-end execution of live commerce sessions, from scheduling and setup to post-event analysis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., category managers, marketing, creative, and tech teams) and external partners (e.g., hosts, influencers, vendors) to ensure smooth operations
- Support in preparing detailed run-of-show documents, session timelines and operational checklists
- Monitor livestream sessions for technical or operational issues and escalate as needed
- Collect and analyze viewer feedback behavior and sales performance data to help optimize future sessions.
- Research industry trends and regional market insights to support ongoing improvements in live commerce strategy.

**Intern Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional and regional teams
- Interest in e-commerce operations and digital platforms; familiarity with livestream tools is a plus
