TIBCO is looking for a** Senior Financial Analyst **to join our finance team supporting TIBCO’s Sales organization. This position reports into the Manager of International (EMEA & APAC) FP&A. In order to effectively drive change and find solutions to complex business problems, we have high standards of execution. In addition to someone who can thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment, we are looking for someone who can:

- Manipulate large amounts of data into actionable analysis

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop financial models and analyses of Commissions to support strategic and growth initiatives and influence business decisions of business leaders via in-depth analysis
- Collaborate with leadership and executive partners on strategic and operational prioritization by performing appropriate financial analysis
- Support commission plan design, analysis, presentation, calculations and reporting
- Own and build upon current models to forecast bookings, Commissions and revenue
- Work closely with Sales management to provide quota development, sales planning and analysis
- Engage global business partners to create detailed financial plans and influence investment decisions on Compensation Plans
- Analyze performance, identify areas of risk and opportunity on our Commissions structures & Plans, and make recommendations to Finance and Operations leadership for improvements
- Assess external trends and developments in Commission and Compensation plan design & implementation
- Work with International Sales FP&A Manager on monthly FP&A processes including Opex and Headcount management and reporting
- Input and preparation of data and content for the International Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s)
- Drive standardization and improvement in FP&A processes for our International business
- Engage with the broader FP&A Team to drive improvements in processes and systems utilization (SAC - SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Drive cross-functional transparency and cooperation

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 2 years in FP&A with at least 1 year of experience supporting a Sales organization
- Experience in Commissions/Comp Plan analysis is essential
- Highly analytical with dependable attention to detail, deadline driven and natural curiosity
- Skills in building financial models using technology such as Microsoft Excel using macro or VB Script, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify trends and issues
- Work well independently in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity and to take strong initiative in such situations
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office: Advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Systems knowledge in SFDC, Anaplan, BPC, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) or similar BI tools software
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Software industry experience is preferred
