FP&A Senior Analyst

Overview The Global FP&A Senior Analyst will provide stakeholders with relevant financial data necessary for budgetary and financial decisions, and will work closely with the FP&A Manager to develop and implement strategies across the division. In addition to the above, the Global FP&A Senior Analyst is in charge of maintaining the EPBCS Oracle module; working with IT to ensure it is working. The position will also need to ensure that all global reports are up to date with the latest cost accounting requirements. Responsibilities Monthly Financial Reporting Provision of timely and reliable information to budget holders to aid their decision-making process and to achieve month-end reporting timetables for global finance Analysis of monthly I&E reports, including variances between actual and budget. Proactive monitoring of financial performance and recommendations for improvements. Present financial results to Chief Officers and provide support to business decisions. Ensure correct coding of I&E entries Prepare monthly income and expense accruals Obtain and review non-financial data which supports the financial information Identify gaps in the business to stakeholders Monthly Forecast Develop monthly forecast projections through analysis and risk assessment of business units. Provide timely and accurate forecast information to global finance in line with reporting timetables. Reporting and Analytical Tools Provide analytical reports to budget holders and FP&A on a timely basis to inform decision-making. Analyze data for plan presentations to senior stakeholders and Chief Officers. Be a key user of the Oracle EPBCS module Guide and mentor junior analysts.
