The **_Field Service Engineer_** is responsible for_ Compliance & Safety, Installation/Commissioning, Maintenance/Repairs, Technical Support and Reporting._

This position reports to the _Area Service Manager, Singapore _and is part of the _ASEAN Equipment Services Team _and will be an on-site role.

**What you will do**:

- _ Responsible in performing on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and plan maintenance for Cytiva’s equipment._
- _ Providing quality services as per company’s service guidelines and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth in your respective team. _And adhere_ to company health and safety guidelines._
- _ Working closely with service sales in preparing proposals/recommendations to customers._
- _ Timely and proper input of services performed in the company’s database (CRM)_
- _ Collaboration and working closely with cross functional teams (commercial, logistics, product and leadership) to enhance customer experience_

**Who you are**:

- _ Minimum 1-3 years’ experience preferably in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry with a strong background in engineering. Automation experience/knowledge is a plus._
- _ Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues._
- _ Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team._
- _ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other ASEAN language is a plus._

**Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements**:

- _ Able to travel extensively and on short notice across Singapore and ASEAN._
- _ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record_

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- 1-2 years in Life Sciences / Biotechnology Industry
