- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8:30 AM-5:30 PM/9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $4,500 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus + Dental & Medical Benefits + 14 days Annual Leave**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide after-sales service support for advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, repair, preventative maintenance, etc.
- Achieve a high customer satisfaction level through strong after-sales support.
- Assist/Lead problem resolutions with our customers.
- Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regard to equipment performance to our customers.
- Conduct maintenance training.

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering with 1 to 2 years of working experience servicing automated production equipment, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Self-driven individual who is passionate about working with automated equipment.
- Some experience in project management is preferred.
- **Very frequent travel is required for overseas assignments** (up to 80%), maybe at a short notice.
