**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible to:
- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Electrical projects / multiple jobs
- BIM automation for construction industry productivity improvements
- Lead and manage project teams by reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
- Understand the client’s business and strategic issues in order to ensure successful outcomes and maximise repeat business revenue
- Understand risk on all jobs through implementation of sound audit, business and financial management and understand impact of work practices on the financial outcome of projects
- Demonstrate effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills
**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering preferable recognised by Singapore PEB
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in consulting firm
- Supervising/leading roles experiences in fire protection systems, HVAC system design including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and associated piping and air supply systems.
- Building services co-ordination in healthcare projects.
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Able to work independently & exercise initiative
