**Description of Indospace**

**Role Description**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Undertake full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and compliance work for an assigned portfolio of private companies incorporated in Singapore and other jurisdictions (India, Cayman Islands)

2. Assist in scheduling and co-ordination of board meetings to approve investments and quarterly board meetings

3. Review of board resolution mainly on approval of transaction and draft ACRA filing prepared by service providers

4. Ensure completion of formalities with respect to incorporation process of future Singapore SPV(s) including opening of bank account and completion all formalities on the Indian counterpart

5. Undertake investment acquisition offers from India and liaise with finance on offshore subscription monies flow

6. Undertake ongoing AML/KYC of investors to the funds

7. Coordinate for all Singapore entities in relation to tax filings in India

9. Support in FATCA, CRS reporting documents

10. Manage the annual compliance audit including liaising with external and internal auditors

**Administration**

1. Assist with general corporate secretarial, compliance and administrative duties assigned from time to time

**Education and/or Work Experience**
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate and/or investment industries on buy or sell side
- Institutional writing and presentation skill, attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
- Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and initiative
