**About Digital Assets Strategy Specialist at Nogle**
We are looking for a Digital Assets Strategy Specialist to join Nogle’s fast growing team in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, you will be primarily responsible for looking over the horizon to identify and assess the highest impact strategic opportunities for Nogle’s growth.
As we consolidate our presence in the crypto world, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that drive growth and operational improvements across the organization. Your qualitative and quantitative analytical skills will be essential, allowing you to cut through ambiguity, clarify problems, and drive outcomes within Nogle’s fast-paced, complex crypto-centric environment.

**What will you need to do**:
- Crypto Strategy Development and Assessment:
- Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis to determine relative valuation metrics.
- Track Nogle’s internal business and operational data to identify business opportunities or abnormalities.
- Conduct competitive analysis across relevant products to inform the product roadmap, pricing, and sales on competitive differentiation.
- Assess the performance of crypto-related products to determine how to optimize results and to identify key insights that should guide future development.
- Inform the strategic direction of key partners across the enterprise to ensure that crypto-related priorities are appropriately prioritized.
- Assist with building a full-stack strategy team to develop a long term crypto strategic roadmap comprising short-, mid-, and longer-term strategies. Develop and lead ad-hoc initiatives should the occasion arise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with other members of the strategy team to own an evergreen backlog of the best opportunities.
- Partner closely with Nogle’s leadership and internal business partners (e.g., Product, Engineering, Data, Quality, BD, Legal, Operations, Marketing) to develop and evolve the company’s strategic goals and operations.
- Build relationships and facilitate information flow with contacts in the crypto / digital assets ecosystem.
- Interview industry experts regarding companies and themes in the crypto / web3 / DeFi sectors.
**What do you need to have**:
- 3+ years of driving business growth through strategy and/or product development or product management
- Experience in equity research, wholesale credit, buy side experience or investment banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), with an emphasis in Business Administration and Finance preferred
- Strong business acumen in financial services or related industry, and a proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation skills
- Extreme attention to detail and strong judgment
- Strong analytical skills to deliver insights to improve performance
- A solid understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3
- Proficiency in another language other than English a plus
