**Technology - Technical Solutions Engineer**:
Singapore, Barcelona and Remote

We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer to work alongside our passionate Business Development team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be required to conduct discovery calls with our trained Business Development team, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of TripleA and answer technical questions raised by the merchants
before or during integration. To ensure success as a Solutions Engineer, you should have in-depth knowledge of software systems, a passion for sales, and high-level communications skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Solutions Engineer drives sales by creating specialized business software solutions, tailormade to the customer’s needs. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about the Crypto industry, who wants to work in a disruptive, fast-growing and exciting environment.
- Conducting merchant discovery calls with Business Development Team
- Meeting with merchants and then strategizing with our Business Development team to tailor solutions to varying customer needs
- Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products
- Testing system performance and fixing bugs
- Assist merchants in troubleshooting and resolving queries during the integration phase and follow-up support
- Provide solutions and contribute to proof of concepts outside of the box for some special projects
- Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations
- Supporting the Business Development team with all technical related queries
- Document and monitor requirements and customer feedback to propose future software updates in order to improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about the crypto industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Solutions Engineer
- Good understanding/experiences with technical tool sets (databases, APIs, coding)
- Independent, strategic thinker who demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Strong customer focused and results oriented
