**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in senior IT roles, ideally within the aviation or travel industry.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide IT professionals towards achieving common goals.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also being a team player who actively contributes to group efforts.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of **Workday HRIS system, Workday Studio and Workday Extend** is a plus
