**Working Arrangement**

Hybrid

Manulife US REIT is a Singapore listed REIT established with the investment strategy principally to invest, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing office real estate in key markets in the United States, as well as real estate-related assets.

**Role**
- Assist with preparation and review of Annual Report and Sustainability Report
- Assist with press releases, presentation decks and FAQ for quarterly financial results and other major announcements
- Conceptualise and develop marketing collaterals such as presentation slides, infographics, videos, etc.
- Assist in sustainability-related projects
- Produce creative multimedia LinkedIn content to increase engagement, as well as monitor LinkedIn and website performance analytics
- Assist with event planning and execution for corporate events such as investor meetings, Annual General Meeting, company CSR events, etc
- Perform market research on REIT landscape as needed

- Able to start work from now till end of year
