Support and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead the communication and reporting to existing and potential investors, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to present the firm’s investment strategies and performance.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential investors, with a focus on family offices and other investor categories in Asia.
- Lead due diligence efforts to assess potential investments, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure thorough due diligence processes.
- Present due diligence findings and recommendations to the executive team and investment committee.
- Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on market analysis and investor feedback.Collaborate with the executive team and other departments to ensure a unified and coherent message to the investor community.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field
- Extensive knowledge of private equity, wealth management, sector and the investor landscape in Asia
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic environment.
