**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for IR events such as roadshow, seminars and investor meeting
- Leads accounts and constructive feedback, ideas and experience
- Organize investor meetings, conferences, media interviews and company visits for clients
- Increase awareness and coverage by working with research houses and media.
- Reach out to local and overseas retail and institutional investors, builds and maintains strong client relationships
- Present & Pitch the investment story and growth to investors and potential investors
- Equity fund raising efforts during acquisitions.
- Provide ongoing and timely response to the investment community.
- To conduct analysis of investment performance and sentiments.
- Day-to-day responsibility of managing work streams on client accounts
- Track research, media report, blogs about the issuer

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business or related field.
- Min 4 years of experience in investor relations or related role.
- Good interpersonal skill with ability to handle and maintain relationships with investor and stakeholders.
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin, the job will require to communicate with Chinese clients and management
- Able to work independently and strong sense of urgency
