As Assistant/Manager (Operations), you will assist the Assistant Director to support all projects/initiatives related to the NHG Eye Institute. You will also plan, develop and manage resources within the Institute to meet its objectives in the delivery of patient care. In addition, you are expected to:

- 1. lead the clinical operations team across the Eye Clinics and Eye PACE to fulfil department and organisational goals;
- 2. assist the Assistant Director to develop, monitor and implement department clinical quality guidelines and participate in quality improvement activities;
- 3. manage service quality by setting service standards and meeting stakeholders' needs by improving processes and workflows for Eye-related services;
- 4. assists the Assistant Director to forecast, prepare and justify operating and capital budgets for the Institute**Requirements**:

- Good Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant operations experience, of which at least 3 years are in a supervisory position
- Meticulous and possess good organisational and coordination skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills;
- Strong analytical skills with a good flair for numbers
- Driven, passionate and with a service-oriented mindset
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team and a good multi-taker
