HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - NCID
Join Singapore's National Centre for Infectious Disease as our HR Business Partner supporting department heads and line managers across the full spectrum of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment management including locums, temporary hires, and secondments
- Execute annual HR processes: performance appraisals, promotions, and learning needs analysis
- Support talent management and succession planning initiatives
- Drive culture-building through staff engagement, appreciation events, and leadership walkabouts
- Assist with outbreak management and ad-hoc HR projects
- Coordinate events and meeting logistics
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Willingness to work in infectious disease environment with ward/clinic visits
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and teleconferencing tools
- Adaptable team player with positive learning mindset
